Sip Pomalo is a relaxed, two-hour Croatian wine tasting held every Tuesday and Wednesday (May-September) at Paradiso Bar in Old Town Split. Join an open table for seven Croatian wines, a signature cold plate from Chops Grill, and stories behind the bottles — the perfect aperitivo before your Split evening begins.

Start with a welcome glass of sparkling wine, then taste six more in three side-by-side rounds, comparing styles to discover what you actually enjoy. Every wine comes from a winery your host has visited or a winemaker she's met personally, so you get real context, not a lecture.

Pomalo (poh-MAH-loh) is Dalmatian for take it easy — and that's exactly the mood.
